Do you start printing the boxes right after the client places the order?
That is not exactly what we do. Before the production phase begins, we need digital proof and a final quotation. We expect a detailed review of the image size, layout, spacing, colours, content, and finishing from the clients.
Do CBO (Custom Box Options) use food-safe material for all of their packaging boxes?
Food -grade material is a must to be used only for food packaging. However, clients have to specify the usage of food-safe cardboard material to get that perfect food-grade packaging delivery.
What does the order cancellation policy look like for bulk orders?
For bulk packaging orders, the order cancellation is only possible before the design and production phases begin. However, the we holds the right to charge the $15 amount and 5% of the total order amount to cover the process and design costs. But as the production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
Is there a refund or order reimbursement in any case
Anydamage to the order or delays by the third-party logistics are not covered by the us. However, any of the production issues at our end can be handled only if the customers check the delivery within 3 business days and reach out to the team with solid proof.
Is there any minimum packaging box threshold to be ordered for custom designing?
