Trademarks & Customer Responsibility
When you submit artwork, logos, branding elements or any creative files for printing, you confirm that:
- You legally own or have permission to use the material.
- Your design does not violate copyrights, trademarks or intellectual property rights
- Your design does not defame or harm any individual or organization
By placing an order, you authorize CustomBoxesOptions.com to print or produce your packaging using the submitted designs. You will be held responsible for any legal consequences arising from unauthorized content.
Customer Provided Content
All content uploaded, submitted, transmitted or posted through our website is solely your responsibility. This includes but is not limited to:
- Logos
- Artwork
- Images
- Text
- Branding files
- Design elements
You agree not to upload:
- Illegal content
- Copyrighted content without permission
- Offensive or defamatory material
CustomBoxesOptions.com does not monitor customer submitted files and cannot guarantee accuracy or legality of submitted content. We are not responsible for any losses caused by customer provided artwork.
Design File
We will provide design files at 72 DPI (low resolution). If you would like to purchase higher resolution design files, please get in touch with sales@customboxesoptions.com for a quote.
Artwork, Design Files & Printing Standards
Customers are required to submit print ready files unless design assistance is provided by us. Preferred file standards include:
- CMYK color mode
- Minimum 300 DPI resolution
- Correct sizing & safe margins
CustomBoxesOptions.com is not responsible for:
- Color shifts from RGB to CMYK
- Pixelated or blurry results due to low-resolution artwork
- Spelling or content mistakes in customer files
- Design issues approved in proof
Proofing & Final Approval
Before production begins, we provide:
- Digital proof
- Finalized Quotation
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all details including:
- Size
- Layout
- Spacing
- Colors
- Content
- Finishing
Production only begins after customer approval. CustomBoxesOptions.com will not be liable for errors existing in approved proofs.
Material Disclaimer
Unless specifically requested, packaging materials are not food grade safe. If you require certified food safe packaging, inform us before placing your order.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before design and production begin.
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- After design work starts: applies fee of $15 and 5% of the total order amount shall be charged to cover payment processing and design costs.
- Production begins: Orders cannot be cancelled
Customized products are specially manufactured; therefore they cannot be cancelled once production is started.
Shipping, Delivery & Production Time
We offer standard, priority and express shipping options. Production and delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.
CustomBoxesOptions.com is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier or logistics companies
- Weather or natural disruptions
- Technical failures
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once shipped.
Damaged, Missing or Lost Packages
Customers must check deliveries upon arrival. If items are damaged or missing, notify us within 3 business days.
We do not cover damage caused by third party courier mishandling, customer storage issues or incorrect address entry during ordering.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will CustomBoxesOptions.com, its team, partners or affiliates be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Consequential damages
- Indirect damages

Legal Compliance

Any legal violations arising from the misuse of printed material remain the customer’s responsibility.

Production and shipping may be delayed during national and international holidays. Business operations pause on officially observed holidays as mentioned below:
